What does San Antonio Estate Sales LLC do with leftover items at the end of an estate sale? This can be time-consuming work after the sale has completed. On a few selected high ticket items, we will try to sell thru Facebook or one of our other online sites with a buy it price or online auction. We share the proceeds with the client.

Most other items we will have most if not all stuff removed, so the house is cleaned and ready for sale. If there is an excessive amount, bulky items, or need removal quickly, we will charge you for their removal. This usually is a problem in a moving sale when the client leaves a lot more than what we were shown.

We don’t have space to store these items for reselling. In the future, we may consider getting a retail space and try to sell the best items left and share the proceeds with client 50-50.
